Recently, Google announaced that they would be listing “Mobile Friendly” next to search results for those websites that were responsive or mobile friendly. Today Google is taking one step further by actually using mobile friendlieness as a page rank. As of April 21, 2015 sites that are not mobile friendly could see a 20% decrease in their rankings over time.
These are serious numbers, so we encourage all of our clients to make sure their website is responsive or mobile friendly by this deadline date.
